The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) qualification is aimed at project, programme and business change managers who are delivering change into their organisations by managing a collection of projects and ensuring the benefits are achieved.

Benefits
Foundation: The MSP Foundation certification introduces the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) method and terminology. Foundation certification ensures you understand the MSP guidance well enough to work in a team to deliver or manage a programme. It confirms that you can act as an informed member of a programme office, business change team or project delivery team working within an environment supporting MSP.
Practitioner: The MSP Practitioner certification is aimed at project managers, business change managers (BCMs), and people working within a Programme Office (PO) or in a specialist or governance position. It demonstrates your ability to understand and apply the MSP principles, governance themes, and transformational flow processes when managing a programme. The MSP® Practitioner course explores practical application of the approach with real-world scenarios.

The exams are included in the course price and are taken online. You will be given a voucher to book your exams at your convenience after the course.
Foundation level:
Format: Multiple choice
Question numbers: 60
Time: 60 minutes
Pass mark: 36 out of 60 (60%)
Practitioner level:
Format: Multiple choice open book
Question numbers: 58 (total 70 marks)
Time: 2.5 hours
Pass mark: 42 marks out of 70 (60%)
