Put ISO 9001 into context with this one-day online certified Foundation training course. Get a detailed overview of the quality management standard and learn the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of ISO 9001. - The structure of the ISO 9001 standard
- The harmonised structure defined by Annex SL and how it relates to an IMS (integrated management system)
- Key requirements for documentation, internal audits and improving a QMS
- How the process of certification works
- The benefits of accredited certification and maintaining a QMS

Assessment
The Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Foundation (C QMS F) exam.
Candidates take the CIS F exam set by IBITGQ (International Board for IT Governance Qualifications) at the end of the course.
